Act One Marble and Tile is a locally owned company that has years of experience in cleaning, restoration and maintenance for commercial properties. If you’re experiencing a maintenance headache, chances are we’ve already faced it and solved it.
We started with commercial work only, for apartments, offices and property management companies that needed extra help for one time jobs such as commercial carpet cleaning and floor polishing. We’ve branched deeper into tile repair and refinishing than most of our competitors, so we can offer top notch marble polishing for floors, showers and countertops, tile regrouting and cleaning and color sealing grout lines. Most of our residential clients call us for tile restoration, especially for tile and grout appearance issues.
Nobody can promise they ‘specialize in everything’, so we don’t try to take on a project that’s too large for us or too far outside our specialty. But even if your project is not up our alley, we can probably save you time and connect you with someone who can help you – we have well established working relationships with large contract cleaning, plumbing, and tile installation companies.
All our quotes are in writing, usually by email, and the contract language is short and sweet. We don’t ‘rope you in’ with legal nonsense like the national chain-style subcontracting franchises. You don’t need that.
